Use and Collection of Personal Information

We do not ask for any finanical data (e.g. Credit/Debit Card numbers) on any part of the web site.
If you wish to pay for product using a Credit or Debit card we request that you contact us
by Telephone or Fax. Please do not send this information to us by email. We securely hold the Credit/Debit card
information only long enough to complete the transaction with our card
processing agent and we then destroy that information by shredding it. We never hold it electronically.
Security
All data that we hold about you is kept securely within our systems.
We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software,
networking, storage and related technology required to run our systems.
We endeavour to take reasonable steps to protect your personal inofrmation. However we cannot guarantee
the security of any data that you disclose on-line and we will not be responsible for any breach of
security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.
Cookies
Our Web site does not make use of Cookies - we neither read nor write them.
Modification and Removal of Information
At any time you can modify the information we hold or have your name removed from, or added to, the list of names and addresses
we use for mailings by sending an email to us at sales@ist.co.uk or by writing to us at one of our contact addresses.
Use the same route to let us know if you would prefer that we did not pass your name on
to a distributor or reseller.
