Purchasing Software Support

A period of Software Support is included with your initial purchase. This can be extended, usually in increments of 12 months, for the payment of a suitable fee to your supplier.

Having a Software Support Agreement entitles you to make support calls by email, fax or telephone to your supplier's support desk and to receive any product upgrades released in that timescale. It is our intention to make at least one significant upgrade each year.
